The Kisii Smart Community will pilot the implementation of a ride-hailing and logistics platform to overcome the lack of easily accessible transport services for many rural households. In this way the Kisii Smart Community will bring the benefits of ICT and geolocation to build connections within rural communities. This will benefit rural transport providers as well as passengers.
